Born following the take-over from the German Vorwerk Folletto Manufacturing – specialized in the assembly and packaging of the famous vacuum cleaner components – today Werkcam is a consolidated excellence in the market for the development, production and packaging of high level finished products.
Within the facility of 5000 m2, Werkcam hosts assembly lines, warehouses, laboratories and offices with a highly qualified staff of about 70 units. Equipped with the expertise and technology to perform the most varied assembly and finishing processes with semi-automatic lines, Werkcam integrates its know-how in favor of the Group’s experience and project resources. All this translates into the ability to produce high quality end products both from a functional and aesthetical point of view.

Think Plastic Group puts into practice our idea of “quality from beginning to end” which is expressed in identifying the guidelines and making the best choices from the earliest stages of design over the construction of the mold, selecting the raw materials and first-choice suppliers. In the closing stage, through analyzes, measurements and – above all – functional tests, the finished parts must respond not only to criteria dictated by the objectives to be achieved in terms of strength, resistance or assembly, but also to functional checks that can be performed only thanks to the experience and sensitivity of the operator.
THE WASH-TAG PATENT
Werkcam has recently patented an innovative RFID tag WASH-TAG in soft silicone, dedicated to the world of industrial laundries, demonstrating its propensity for innovation and the solving of our customers problems.
